NOTIFICATION

S.O. No. 825 (E) dated 4.11.86 In pursuance of clause (a) of Sub – rule (3) of rule 4 of the Handlooms (Reservation of Articles for Production), Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby recognizes the laboratories specified in column (1) of the Table below for the purposes of testing the samples of cloth seized by the Authorised officers in the areas specified in column (2) of the said table under the provisions of the Handlooms (Reservation of Articles for Production ) Act, 1985 (22 of 1985)
