Notification

 

            S. O.1555 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Handlooms (Reservation of Articles for Production) Act, 1985 (22 of 1985), read with rule 3 of the Handlooms (Reservation of Articles for Production) Rules, 1986 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles number S.O. 1100(E), dated the 29th June, 2007, published in the Gazette of India, (Extraordinary), Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 5th July, 2007, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee for a period of three years consisting of  the following members, namely:-

          S. O. 409 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Handlooms (Reservation of Articles for Production) Act, 1985(22 of 1985) read with Rule 3 of the Handlooms (Reservation of Articles for Production) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles, Office of the Development Commissioner for Handlooms, number S.O. 1555(E) dated the 29th June 2010, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 29th June 2010, namely:-

          In the said notification, serial number 26 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
